Key Responsibilities

As a Travel Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing queues, mailboxes, and fulfilling ad-hoc requirements as defined by the business. You will work efficiently to complete all work to quality standards, focusing on continuous improvement and being highly effective in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Accountabilities
  • Manage queues, mailboxes, and fulfill ad-hoc requirements as defined by the business.
  • Work efficiently to complete all work to quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Be highly effective in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Listen to feedback, attend training, and commit to development to improve accuracy, productivity, and quality.
  • Ensure all efforts are done in achieving KPIs.
  • Work with different departments whenever necessary.
  • Provide the highest levels of accuracy and attention to detail to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Escalate concerns or potential issues to Supervisor or Team Leader.
  • Stay fully knowledgeable on all aspects of the account, including revised Standard Operating Procedures, new products, processes, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure full understanding of the Company's quality standards and expected standards of service in support of this role.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager and/or Operations Manager.
Qualifications

At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate. Minimum 6 months experience in CCE. Willing to work onsite.
