About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen & Dining/Service Crew to join our team at Giligan's Island Restaurant & Bar in Calamba City Laguna. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and dining experiences to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in food preparation and kitchen operations to ensure timely and high-quality meal delivery

  • Providing excellent table service to customers, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience

  • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked dining area

  • Communicating effectively with kitchen staff, management and customers

  • Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar kitchen or dining service role within the hospitality industry

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Good organisational and time management skills

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
