About the Assistant Restaurant Manager Role

As a key member of our restaurant management team, the Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in achieving sales targets and supporting the overall success of the business.

The ARM works closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement promotional activities that drive sales and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include assisting in the effective implementation of store programs, managing operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with defined standards.

Key qualifications for this role include:

· A Bachelor's Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field

· 1-2 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented industry

· Strong customer management skills, with the ability to make decisions and take actions to meet customer needs

· People management capability, including coaching, developing, and supervising a team

· Knowledge of basic store operations, with the ability to assess and improve performance
