Our organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone by working with the People team.
- Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and driving innovation in our People Operations backbone.
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
- Manage employee data while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
- Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Ensure documents are up-to-date and accurate in the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive.
- Lattice administration, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations via 'Updates'.
- Report on people initiatives, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations.
- Zendesk triage, ensuring a 24-hour response time across tickets.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
