Job Title: Financial Process Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Process Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong technical skills and emerging leadership qualities to take on key responsibilities in financial process management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and credit memos accurately and efficiently
  • Manage vendor communications and maintain good relationships with service centers and the procurement team
  • Own and manage the accounts payable shared inbox, researching inquiries, and responding professionally
  • Monitor and maintain invoice workflow systems, ensuring queues are kept clear and current
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and variances outside of tolerances
  • Reconcile vendor statements and assist in preparing reports for accounts payable visibility and financial review
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities proactively
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team and provide updates as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and accounts payable systems
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Arrangements
  • Full-time position with a regular working schedule
  • Remote work arrangement available
