Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assess loan applications and evaluate creditworthiness of clients.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to individuals and small businesses.
  • Conduct field visits and community outreach to promote microfinance services.
  • Monitor loan repayment and manage loan portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for loan approvals.
  • Willing to work in the field.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist clients in understanding loan products, assess financial needs, process loan applications, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Has own motorcycle and valid driver\'s license.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Diploma degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, financial literacy, excellent customer service, leadership abilities, assessment proficiency, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Conditions

Field Work, long hours sometimes, with time budgeting at the Loan Officer\'s discretion.
