Key Business Leadership Role

The Business Head will oversee the entire business unit with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Product Development:
    • Identify and assess new opportunities in the crypto and investments space, focusing on blockchain-based innovations.
    • Lead product ideation, development, and launch to drive product excellence.
    • Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
  • Revenue Growth and Expansion:
    • Develop strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth, including exploring new business models and revenue streams.
    • Stay updated on market trends to adjust strategies and capture emerging opportunities.
  • Financial Management:
    • Oversee business financials, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation.
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, analysing financial data to drive cost-effective operations.
  • Product Roadmap Strategy:
    • Define the strategic product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market needs.
    • Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
    • Prioritise features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive insights.
  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth.
    • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support training and development initiatives.
    • Ensure open communication and strong collaboration across all organisational levels.
