  • Design, develop, and implement customized business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps).

  • Build and automate business processes using Power Automate.

  • Utilize Dataverse to store and manage business data securely across apps.

  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems through APIs.

  • Apply knowledge of AI Builder to create and deploy AI models in PowerApps solutions.

  • Ensure solutions align with best practices for scalability, security, and performance.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Mentor and guide developers, perform code reviews, and provide technical leadership.

  • Stay updated on new capabilities in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and recommend appropriate adoption strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

  • Strong familiarity and understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Practical experience with AI Builder functionalities in PowerApps is highly preferred.

  • Expertise in integrating and working with APIs.

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience managing technical teams or projects.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Amenable to work European shift (3pm-12mid)
