Job Title: Child Sponsorship Support Office Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to transforming vulnerable children's life stories. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work across cultures and within complex organizational structures.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, publishing, marketing, product development or equivalent. Three years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism, project management, product, or customer experience development is also required. Excellent written and verbal English is essential; additional languages are an asset.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support strategic communications initiatives for sponsor content features by developing playbooks, calendars, field guidance, training materials, and internal newsletters or memos.
  • Maintain knowledge management standards to meet communication needs. Monitor team outputs, recommend process improvements, and escalate issues or risks as needed.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior team members, including report creation, task coordination, and issue escalation.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, publishing, marketing, product development or equivalent.
  • Three years' experience in marketing, communications, journalism, project management, product, or customer experience development.
  • Excellent written and verbal English is required; additional languages are an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or supporter/customer engagement ideally within international development, nonprofit, or cause-based environments.
  • Creative, innovative thinker with analytical and process-oriented skills.
  • Highly organized and adept in coordinating activities and meeting multiple deadlines.
