ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Spa and Boutique Sales Associate to join our team at DOXA Talent.

This role will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining profitable business relationships with current customers and prospective customers under the leadership of the sales manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Establish business relationships with customers to generate new business and develop lasting relationships.
  • Work with the sales manager to set personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
  • Provide weekly reports to the sales manager by tracking customer contact type, type of communication, and results.
  • Contact customers to follow up on purchases and suggest new merchandise.
  • Develop written proposals/line sheets for customers.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment.
  • Proficient in ERP and inventory management systems.
  • Strong computer aptitude and expertise with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of data through Excel.
