Job Title: Architectural Technician/Draftsperson

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician/Draftsperson to join our design-driven architecture studio team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate and detailed construction documentation using Revit, including general arrangement plans (1:50), sections (1:20), and elevations (1:100)
  • Collaborate with supplied Revit templates and adhere to established documentation styles
  • Effectively interpret mark-ups, redlines, and verbal directions
  • Communicate and collaborate with colleagues in a remote environment
  • Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Contribute proactively to the team with a collaborative attitude
Requirements:
  • Proven proficiency in Revit, with fast and accurate drafting/documentation skills
  • Experience in preparing construction documentation across multiple drawing types and scales
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and documentation formats is advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to drafting
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas
  • A portfolio of relevant documentation work is required for consideration
