We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee our cross-border payments and bank transfers. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of international payment operations across diverse banking networks.

  • International Payment Management: Oversee end-to-end processing of cross-border and multi-currency payments and bank transfers, ensuring timely and accurate execution across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
  • Banking Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international banks and payment service providers, facilitating seamless transactions and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, monitor compliance standards, and implement best practices in cross-border payments.
  • Account Reconciliation & Reporting: Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, monitor transaction discrepancies, and generate detailed reports on payment activities.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows, optimize transaction costs, and enhance operational efficiency through the use of modern payment technologies and tools.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., accounting, payroll, tech and operations teams) to support financial planning, budgeting, and audit processes related to international transactions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in managing multi-country payments, bank transfers, or similar financial operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of international banking systems, multi-currency payment processing, and financial reconciliation software.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments in different regions.
  • Analytical Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
