Accountant Position Available

Seeking a seasoned accountant to oversee and maintain accurate financial records and procedures. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and manage accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze and interpret data from Excel book sheets to deliver comprehensive reports.
  • Monitor transactions and prepare financial reports for the annual budget.
  • Perform period-end General Ledger account reconciliation and research discrepancies.
  • Import and post various journal entries into the general ledger.
  • Identify and resolve accounting issues.
  • Deliver monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving accounting procedures.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in Accounting.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Oracle.
  • High accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding financial information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
