About the Role

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in data-driven strategies, product optimization, and team leadership. They must be able to drive sales, profits, and growth while ensuring alignment across marketing, inventory, and promotional channels.

Responsibilities
  • Catalog Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow product categories across various marketplaces
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and competitive advantage
  • Product & Pricing Optimization: Refine product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics to improve profitability
  • Advertising & Promotions: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, and promotional initiatives
  • Product Launches: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches
  • Customer Insights: Design and implement customer feedback polls to gather insights on satisfaction and preferences
  • Competitive & Market Research: Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Continuous Improvement: Run A/B tests, analyze performance data, and iterate regularly to drive improvements
