Digital E-commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital E-commerce Operations Specialist to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, data entry, or virtual assistance and be familiar with online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor products and check for new listings across platforms
- Run and analyze replenishment reports to avoid stockouts
- Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items
- Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate
- Respond to customer service messages in a timely and professional manner
- Manage product listings across multiple platforms
- Track stock levels and flag inventory issues proactively
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, data entry, or virtual assistance
- Familiarity with online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and night shifts
