Job Description:

As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms. This includes managing product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing to ensure smooth online sales performance.

You will also be working closely with the founder to set up and streamline business processes for a newly launched coffee brand and distribution arm. Adaptability and a strong ability to learn quickly are essential skills for this role.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will maintain accurate sales, expense, and revenue records; reconcile transactions; and support basic bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2.5-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
  • Proven proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
  • Familiarity with product upload, optimization, and reporting tools
  • Understanding of social media marketing strategies and funnel building techniques
  • Basic to intermediate bookkeeping skills
