About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day operations on Shopify and Amazon, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing e-commerce platforms, social media marketing strategies, and financial records. They will be responsible for building and optimizing marketing funnels, integrating campaigns with social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Additionally, they will work closely with the founder to set up and streamline business processes, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, including product upload, optimization, and reporting tools
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to support product awareness and sales
  • Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Learn new skills and apply them across different operational areas in a startup environment
  • Juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
