MEP Drafter Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a skilled MEP Drafter, responsible for creating accurate and detailed MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and be able to interpret architectural and engineering plans effectively.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop MEP shop drawings based on project requirements
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet industry standards and specifications
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP for drafting and design tasks
  • Interpret architectural and engineering plans to integrate MEP systems effectively
  • Review drawings to ensure compliance with local building codes and project requirements
  • Adjust and revise drafts based on client feedback and project updates
  • Maintain organized documentation and version control for all drawings
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP (essential)
  • Experience in MEP drafting (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
  • Understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
