Job Summary

This dynamic role at a leading digital marketing agency requires a Marketing Coordinator with exceptional client relationship management skills and experience in SEO and PPC operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ongoing client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards. They will also coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to execute client campaigns and projects effectively, monitor client satisfaction levels, and proactively address concerns to maintain positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular client communications via phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Manage ongoing client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to execute client campaigns and projects effectively.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns to maintain positive relationships.
Requirements:
  • Near-native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience at digital marketing agencies supporting SEO and PPC operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO best practices).
  • Proven experience in agency client relationship management and understanding of agency workflow dynamics.
