This role focuses on recording revenue, managing invoices, and reconciling billing-related accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly creation of invoices to ensure timely payments from clients
  • Investigation and reconciliation of accounts to maintain accurate financial records
  • Creation of invoicing files in a structured format for seamless processing
  • Validation, investigation, and billing of adjustments to expected revenue, other charges, and billing proposals
  • End-of-period closure of Revenue and Accounts Receivable accounts with provision of necessary reports and reconciliation with the General Accounting Team
  • Preparation of ad hoc reports as required by stakeholders
