As a key member of our Investment Book of Record (IBOR) team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of client reporting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a global team responsible for constructing and delivering accurate client reports.
  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure seamless integration with other teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve 100% timeliness and accuracy in a follow-the-sun model.
  • Build strong relationships across multiple levels of the organization to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with technology, service, product, and other operations teams to manage IBOR service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence process and control within Middle Office.
  • Excellent communication style and proven ability to deal with key clients.
  • Extensive understanding of OTC instruments, Exchange Traded Derivatives, Fixed Income Securities, and Equity products.
  • Proven track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload.
  • Ability to work with and understand the responsibilities of other products, including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Asset Servicing, and Trade Processing.
  • Strong team player with the ability to set and maintain high standards.
