Digital Communications Lead – Middle East & Africa (MEA)

You will develop and implement a regional digital communications strategy aligned with global objectives to increase brand visibility and engagement across MEA, identify opportunities for platform growth on existing and emerging digital platforms, bringing in regional market insights.

You will oversee and maintain local websites, ensuring country websites are aligned with communication goals, SEO best practices, and user experience standards, collaborate with global teams to localize content and integrate tools and enhancements, provide training and support local teams for complex tasks and ensure quality control.

You will manage and enhance regional intranet content and structure to improve internal communication and employee engagement, guide and support local teams in maintaining their intranet platforms and implementing updates. You will develop and execute social media strategies to grow regional presence, increase engagement, and support business campaigns, coordinate with local and global teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather high-quality multimedia assets and upload onto the right platforms, monitor and analyze digital performance metrics across platforms, provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate impact.

You will be responsible for digital tools in MEA, identifying needs and liaising with global teams for implementation. You will provide training and support to local teams on digital tools and platforms.

You will be navigating a complex matrix organization and influencing across functions and geographies, adapting to a fast-evolving digital landscape and regional market dynamics, balancing global alignment with local relevance and execution and managing multiple stakeholders across time zones and cultural contexts.

You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in digital communications, preferably in a B2B or multinational environment.

Experience with intranet platforms (e.g., SharePoint), video production, and digital tools.

Strong knowledge of web content management systems, SEO, analytics (Google/Adobe) and social media strategy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality and timeliness.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
