Job Overview

As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of virtual assistants to ensure alignment between their performance and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations, planning, and problem-solving of a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet set targets.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • Work with clients to help grow their businesses through all services offered by our organization.
  • Oversee Medical Client-VA management and client needs with our services.
Requirements
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management.
  • Highly proficient in the English Language (written and oral).
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, focused, organized, and motivated.
  • Training and Development experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to think outside the box and create solutions if necessary.
  • Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.
