Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a results-driven individual with a passion for customer success and relationship building. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring their continued growth and satisfaction with our software & service.

- A customer-focused professional who can build strong relationships with team members and customers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

- Ability to think strategically and develop solutions to customer issues.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using technology to schedule meetings, run online webinars, and communicate with customers via email and video calls.

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for:

- Conducting thorough customer onboarding and education processes to ensure successful implementation.

- Building goal plans with customers, focused on short-term and long-term growth objectives.

- Managing the relationship between virtual assistants and assigned clients, including periodic check-ins and issue resolution.

- Communicating Wing's value proposition to customers, identifying opportunities for upgrades and upsells.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher.

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

- At least one year of experience in client relationship management and/or project management.

- Comfortable with Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, Android, and video call communication tools.
