Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contact submitted leads to confirm their interest and enthusiasm for our services.
  • Forward qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Accurately update and categorize leads in our system, maintaining data integrity and efficiency.
  • Safely handle customers' sensitive information with the utmost care and confidentiality.
  • Apply customer happiness practices to deliver exceptional support experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client's products and services, enabling informed responses to customer queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent German and English skills (C1 level written and spoken for both languages) are essential.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communicating with and following up on leads is necessary.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial.
  • A positive and responsible attitude is vital for success in this role.
  • A reliable personal laptop or computer (with at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload) are required.
