Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Our goal is to provide high-quality software products that meet customer needs. As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our software applications.

You'll be part of a small, focused team with high visibility and the opportunity to shape how QA is executed within the broader engineering organization. Your work will directly impact thousands of customers who rely on our software to streamline accounts payable and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain Software Quality Assurance practices across our software applications
  • Design, implement, and execute test plans using Cypress.io and manage test artifacts in Qase
  • Collaborate on test case creation, coverage, and execution throughout the sprint lifecycle
  • Partner with Product Owners to scrub issues, triage defects, and verify reported bugs and bug fixes
  • Maintain and expand automated regression test suites

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in software QA or Software Engineering in Test (SET), ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Strong experience with Cypress.io test automation frameworks
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and core object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite and finance-related business processes
  • Excellent bug reporting, verification, and documentation skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in distributed teams
