Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position offering flexible hours based on project needs, approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement Quality Control Processes: Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes for clinical research projects.
  2. Conduct Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance.
  3. Review and Improve Documentation Systems: Review and improve documentation systems to meet quality standards.
  4. Provide Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic oversight of QA processes across multiple projects.
  5. Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards.
  6. Develop and Maintain QA Tracking Systems: Develop and maintain QA tracking systems.
  7. Create and Execute Quality Improvement Initiatives: Create and execute quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of QA experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Proven background in pharmaceutical or clinical research organizations.
  • Strong experience in quality auditing and compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and initiate projects.
  • Experience with clinical research or pharmaceutical companies.
  • Track record of implementing QA systems.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
