Project Site Engineer Opportunity

This role offers a chance to be part of iconic project deliveries in the UAE, where you'll turn blueprints into landmarks. As a Project Site Engineer, you will manage site works with precision, speed, and impact.

Our team is looking for an experienced professional who can lead site teams and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. You will be responsible for preparing material submittals, tracking approvals, and developing method statements and risk assessments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project site experience, ideally within construction or data center environments. They should possess strong problem-solving, communication, and pressure-handling skills, as well as a proactive mindset.

About the Role
  • Ensure site works comply with contract specs, quality, and safety standards.
  • Prepare material submittals and track approvals.
  • Develop method statements and risk assessments.
  • Monitor procurement schedules and follow up on deliveries.
  • Control approved drawings and as-built documentation.
  • Inspect works, raise inspection requests, and coordinate with site teams.
  • Report progress, delays, and site issues to senior management.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and project close-out documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of project site experience, ideally within construction or Data Center Solutions environments.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical) with ≥ 10 years' site experience.
  • Solid understanding of contract specifications, QA/QC, HSE and programme controls.
  • Proven ability to manage materials, documentation and productivity on fast-track projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and pressure-handling skills; proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with BIM-enabled field tools or Lean construction principles.
