Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex, high-spec interior projects, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality, on-time and within budget.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution, while ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to delivery.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
  • Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence.
  • Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years' experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
