Project Commercial Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Commercial Manager to lead high-end fit-out projects in KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for commercial and contractual management from inception to final account, protecting the company's interests and maximizing margins.

About the Role
  • Lead the commercial & contractual function from pre-contract to handover
  • Drive profitability through smart procurement, claims, and cost reporting
  • Manage subcontractor contracts, guarantees, and insurances
  • Approve major payments, forecasts, and project financials
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a top-performing commercial team
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in high-end fitout
  • Experience managing multiple fitout projects concurrently
  • Expertise in contract management, cost control, budgeting, and claims management
  • Proficient in project invoicing, subcontracting, and financial reporting
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
