Interior Fitout Supervisor

A leading construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman - Fitout to manage daily site operations, supervise tradesmen, and ensure quality and productivity in every task.

• Job Description:
• We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with strong leadership skills to oversee the execution of interior finishes, report progress, snags, and safety matters directly to the site leadership team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing daily schedules, assigning work based on priorities and skills, and ensuring that all work is completed safely and in compliance with HSE policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in the construction industry
• At least 2 years' experience as a Fit-Out Foreman managing multiple trades on high-end projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate diverse teams and subcontractors
• Solid understanding of technical drawings, construction materials, and interior finishes
• Proven track record in productivity improvement, quality management, and safety enforcement
