Job Description:Position Overview:Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and analysis for joinery and fit-out projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure accurate cost control and reporting.
  • Utilize Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and OST for project documentation and cost management.
  • Monitor project progress and address any discrepancies in budgets or schedules.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement, contract management, and cost optimization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on joinery, interior fit-out, and FF&E.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, and advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
