Job Description

CYBERBACKER is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Contract Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in reviewing, analyzing, and creating new contracts. Your expertise in contract management will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze existing contracts, making revisions as necessary.
  • Create, review, and analyze new contracts.
  • Send and interpret contracts, coordinating with clients, divisions, legal counsel, and partners.
  • Conduct investigations, compile evidence, and create narratives and pleadings.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

In this role, we are looking for an individual with a degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or Legal Studies, or any related course. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and have a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Additionally, you should have outstanding managerial and negotiation skills, familiarity with legal research tools and databases, and proficiency in legal software used for case management and document management.
