About the Job
As a customer service representative for an international account, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make you an asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers via multiple channels
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a call center or similar role
- Excellent language skills, with proficiency in Tagalog and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
