Job Summary

CYBERBACKER is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our legal operations by reviewing, analyzing, and creating new contracts. Your expertise in contract management will be essential in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

The Legal Support Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Reviewing and analyzing existing contracts, making revisions as necessary.
  • Creating, reviewing, and analyzing new contracts.
  • Sending and interpreting contracts, coordinating with clients, divisions, legal counsel, and partners.
  • Conducting investigations, compiling evidence, and creating narratives and pleadings.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or Legal Studies, or any related course. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and have a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Additionally, they should have outstanding managerial and negotiation skills, familiarity with legal research tools and databases, and proficiency in legal software used for case management and document management.
