We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at HR Network Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising operations within our facility, ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials and resources, and maintaining effective communication between employees and senior executives.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent is also required. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Production Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising production operations to achieve higher output
- Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within the facility
- Monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
