Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients via email or other communication channels.
  • Resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (no experience required).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior BPO experience is not necessary but preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite and within 25-35 km radius.
