Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Associate Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing A/R, A/P, and invoicing, as well as assisting in client planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, month-end close processes, journal entries, and reconciliations.

The Associate Accountant will work closely with clients to obtain documentation and information, ensuring timely completion of projects and delivery of high-quality results. Additionally, they will maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
