Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical assistance to end-users.

  • You will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
  • You will conduct initial assessments of issues and perform diagnostic tests on computer systems and network devices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role is required for this position. The salary for this role is ₱20,000 per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provides technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  2. Resolves software, hardware, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Assists with the routine maintenance and updates of computer systems, including operating software and security patches.
  4. Supports end-users with login issues, password resets, and general IT inquiries.
  5. Manages incoming service requests and tracks issues through ticketing systems.
  6. Collaborates with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.
