As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients via phone, email, or chat. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Jira ticketing system/project management and Confluence documentation
- Knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency
- Prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or similar role
