Job Title: Rental Operations Manager

The Invoice Manager/Rental Manager will lead and manage compliance functions within the Operations Team in relation to tax, vendors, and other documents necessary in rental management. This role is pivotal to ensuring our organization adheres to regulatory standards, mitigates risk, and fosters smooth operational processes.

  • Rental Management:

This includes developing a vendor compliance framework that aligns with company policies and applicable regulations, conducting periodic compliance audits to assess vendor adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations, resolving non-compliance issues effectively and promptly, overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and timely receipt of documents, liaising with internal teams to align compliance efforts with internal and government policies, identifying the impact within the organization, conducting regular edits to identify and rectify gaps.

  • Tax Compliance:

This involves managing risks associated with tax compliance, including preparing detailed compliance reports for broader team and leadership team with analysis on trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, and implementing appropriate controls and follow-up mechanisms.

  • Key Skills:

We are seeking an individual with expertise in tax compliance in the retail industry, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, detail-oriented and analytical using reporting tools such as Microsoft Office tools, and clear and effective communication skills to explain complex tax and vendor compliance concepts to non-experts.

  • Requirements:

A Mid-Senior level professional with experience in rental management, tax compliance, and vendor relationships. Full-time employment type required. Business Development, Administrative, and Customer Service job function also considered.
