Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Business Incubation Specialist to join our team.

This role involves facilitating the implementation of our incubation strategy, capacitating and supporting technology business incubators to ensure the development of competitive and sustainable enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support in establishing technology business incubation and accelerators in accordance with our strategy.
  • Support existing and new technology business incubators and accelerators.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance, recommending interventions where necessary.
  • Network and build effective linkages with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage portfolio efficiency levels of incubators and accelerators.
  • Facilitate mentoring and coaching of incubators.
Requirements
  • Matric (NQF Level 4) plus a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Operations Management or Business Management.
  • Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in Operations Management or Business Management as an added advantage.
Work Experience
  • 4 - 6 years' experience in Enterprise Development/Technology Business Incubation and Business Advising.
  • Proven experience in innovation and technology-driven industries or organizations.
  • In-depth understanding of the enterprise development and incubation ecosystem.
