Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide technical support to end users, resolving or escalating issues related to software, systems, and applications.
Duties And Responsibilities- Provide first-level support to end users, addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems, document incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of products and services through structured training and on-the-job learning.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes and user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work full-time and have a flexible work environment.
- Experience working with clients/companies outside the country is an advantage.
This is a long-term career opportunity that requires 18-24 months of structured learning before mastery. We offer a flexible work environment with the ability to work from home.
