Key Responsibilities
  1. Process financial transactions daily within established service standards

  3. Promote the bank's products and services to generate leads
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to understand and analyze numerical information, making appropriate conclusions and decisions
  • Ability to resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Polite and positive interactions with customers and team members
  • Proactive in seeking new ways to improve efficiency and productivity
