Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in homecare scheduling.">
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, terminology, and staffing models.">
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., ClearCare, Alaya Care, HomeTrak).">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of scheduling requests.">
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.">
