Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader

Job Overview

This role involves leading a team and driving strategic direction, including hiring, stakeholder management, operational efficiency, and ensuring the team performs at expected levels. The successful candidate will report to the Recruiting Director and be responsible for driving best practice while representing the company brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide metrics to executive leadership, accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations, including client-specific SLAs and process compliance.
  • Act as escalation point for issues and identify optimal solutions.
  • Support recruiters with workload allocation, volume forecasting, headcount planning.
  • Deliver performance optimization of team members, ensuring KPIs are set and development plans devised.
  • Recruit and induct new staff, ensuring effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption.
  • Monitor and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services, and client satisfaction.
  • Perform managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing recruitment teams.
  • Help team meet established goals and metrics.
  • Establish regular communication with the team, participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
  • Serve as front-line escalation for executive leadership and recruitment management.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.
  • Define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards.
  • Collaborate with sales and recruitment management to ensure partnership success.
  • Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs to facilitate excellence.
