Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing end-to-end P&L management for the IC PH Bestsellers Masterbrand
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and regional brand teams to develop new product ideas
- Managing marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and in-store promotions
- Contributing to the Annual Business Plan and Monthly S&OP cycles

Requirements
- Experience in brand management or sales preferred
