Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to provide expert-level support in a fast-paced call center environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in resolving complex technical issues through various communication channels and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve technical inquiries and concerns from end-users via phone, chat, and web portal
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Provide training and assistance to end-users on endpoint devices, contact center solutions, and collaboration applications
  • Troubleshoot corporate applications using knowledge bases and assign issues to relevant support groups as needed
  • Manage the resolution of inbound technical contacts, balancing customer service, support, and issue resolution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in desktop support technology field
  • Experience working in a high-volume call center environment
  • IT Helpdesk experience, Desktop/Product Support Experience
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools
  • Direct customer service or relationship management experience
