Senior Technical Solution Architect

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Solution Architect to join our team. As a pivotal member, you will bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs of prospective clients. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion applications will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance, articulating the capabilities and value of our solutions, and driving new business opportunities.

  • Analyzing client requirements, business processes, and technical environments to design effective solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Utilizing in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules, including ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and others, to address diverse client needs effectively and innovatively.
  • Conducting detailed and impactful product demonstrations that showcase how our solutions can accomplish client business objectives and resolve complex challenges.
  • Crafting comprehensive solution proposals, including architecture diagrams, integration plans, and implementation strategies tailored to meet specific client needs.
  • Providing insights on solution architecture, estimates, scoping, and deal structuring, contributing to compelling and competitive solution proposals.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations to understand strategic objectives and present the value propositions of our solutions.
  • Fostering and maintaining robust relationships with clients, Oracle partners, and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and successful sales outcomes.
  • Staying informed on market trends and competitive landscape to impart valuable insights and enhance solution differentiation.
  • Leading workshops, seminars, and training sessions for clients and internal teams to promote understanding and adoption of Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Developing and keeping technical documentation current, including solution architectures, integration guides, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with regional leads to assist in marketing and awareness initiatives, and working closely with cross-functional teams to amplify impact.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
  • Over 6-12 years of experience in presales and delivery of Oracle Fusion Applications Financials, SCM, HCM, and EPM modules for international clients.
  • At least 5 full project life cycle experiences involving scoping, estimation, architecture, design, customizations, testing, and deployment.
  • Proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, etc.), SQL, PL/SQL, and relevant integration technologies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, technical teams, and partners to achieve successful sales outcomes.
