Job Description
The Learning Experience Developer will play a crucial role in facilitating comprehensive training programs for employees on various aspects of client projects. This includes new hire, progression, and enhancement training. The ideal candidate will develop engaging curriculum to support classroom training and alternative learning methods, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. Additionally, they will analyze course materials, learner information, and instructor credibility to assure the highest quality of instruction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the Learning Experience Developer must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment. A strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and technology-enhanced learning is essential. Proficiency in creating interactive learning experiences and assessing learner engagement is also required.
